Oh, it's springtime. Here in the Washington DC metropolitan area springtime means one thing -- daffodils. Or maybe it was cherry blossoms. But being a typical metro area denizen, there's no way I'm going down to the tidal basin on a perfect Sunday and battle with the tourists and their accouterment of cameras, posings, busses, and proudly worn caps & t-shirts. *No way.*

So it was a neighborhood stroll up to a dim sum lunch, then back for a viewing of the cherry blossoms and other signs of the cruelest of months.
