Although this is listed as being Yak Kharka, it could as easily be classified as being Letdar.

At this point in the trek, it's not about enjoying the villages as much as it's about getting over that pass. And this is indeed a stop on the way to Muktinath. Food? Eh. Room? Eh. With everything in Yak Kharka, Thorung Phedi, and High Camp, you stop because if you keep going you'll get sick. Don't expect much - these aren't really villages and folks don't really live here, except to service the trekkers.

So although I can't really recommend Himalayan View, I doubt I'd recommend any other one either. Stopping so you don't get AMS? Oh yeah, definitely recommended.
